For close to 30 Iowa seniors, Wednesday's ReliaQuest Bowl could be the final football game of their careers.
At the conclusion of the regular season, the Hawkeyes ensured another winning season, their 13th consecutive winning season since 2012.
Even though the Hawkeyes fell short of the College Football Playoff this season, the players and coaches have had a lot of fun, racking up multiple awards.
The offensive line unit was named the recipient of the Joe Moore Award, and three Hawkeye seniors were named All-American selections, including Logan Jones, Beau Stephens, and Kaden Wetjen.
Jones was also named the 2025 recipient of the Rimington Trophy, given to the best center in college football.
Senior showcases are also filling up with Hawkeyes after another player accepted an invitation to the East-West Shrine Bowl.

Linebacker Karson Sharar accepted an invitation to play in the East-West Shrine Bowl after a stellar senior season for the Hawkeyes.
In 12 games this season, Sharar tallied 78 total tackles (39 solo, 39 assisted), two sacks, and a forced fumble.
Sharar has been a solid contributor over the past few seasons, but really broke out for the Iowa defense this season.
Sharar is a part of a stellar Hawkeye defense that ranked in the top 25 in three major defensive categories.
The Iowa defense ranked No. 7 in passing yards allowed (158.2 per game), No. 6 in scoring defense (14.7 points per game), and No. 6 in total defense (270.6 yards per game).
Sharar will have one last chance to showcase his abilities in Frisco, Texas, for the 2026 East-West Shrine Bowl at the end of January.
