Iowa Women's Basketball hit its first home run on the recruiting trail after McKenna Woliczko committed to the program at the beginning of October.

Woliczko FaceTimed the program during media day photos, asking if No. 20 would be available next season.

After realizing what she was asking, the team and Jensen were thrilled to be adding such a talented player, and she already feels like part of the Iowa family.

Not only is Woliczko an extremely talented player, but she also wants to bring other talented players with her next season.

One of those players is five-star prospect Addison Bjorn.

Bjorn and Woliczko have played together on Team USA, and Woliczko wants her to join the program with her next season.

Another top prospect in the 2026 class, Jenica Lewis (No. 1 Iowa prospect), also has the Hawkeyes on her list of top choices.

As the Hawkeyes continue to court top prospects in the 2026 class, one analyst has Iowa landing two highly coveted targets.

EJ Arrow released his updated predictions list, showing both Jenica Lewis and Addison Bjorn signing with the Hawkeyes before next season.

Arrow correctly predicted Woliczko committing to the Hawkeyes, and if Iowa can hit on one or both players, they will be set up for future success for years to come.

Bjorn and Lewis are both ranked in the top 30 of all prospects in the 2026 class, and if they join Woliczko and Addie Deal in Iowa City, the Hawkeyes have a solid chance to make some noise in the Big Ten and in the NCAA Tournament.
