What a senior season it has been for Logan Jones!
After a stellar 2024-2025 campaign for the Iowa offensive line, Jones and the entire unit have outdone themselves this season.
The unit finished as semifinalists for the Joe Moore Award last season, given to the best offensive line unit in college football.
This season, the group is up for the award again and has an even better chance of winning it.
The Iowa offense has struggled during parts of the regular season, but the offensive line has been as steady as it comes.
With Jones anchoring the center position, the Iowa offense has out-rushed its opponents in nine of 12 games this season.
That includes 310 rushing yards in Iowa's first win of the season against Albany and 245 rushing yards in a tight win over Penn State.
Despite the stellar play by the offensive line, Iowa dropped four close games this season by a combined 15 points.
Even with the CFP hopes destroyed and all the close losses, Jones stated that this is one of the more fun seasons he has had in a Hawkeye uniform.
The All-Big Ten First-Team selection will never toot his own horn, but he continues to rack up the awards as the season draws to a close.

After already being named as a finalist for the Outland Trophy and being selected to the All-Big Ten First-Team, Jones was named as a finalist for the prestigious Rimington Trophy.
The Rimington Trophy has been presented annually since 2000, and is given to the best center in college football.
Jones is one of three finalists for the award, joining Florida's Jake Slaughter and Oregon's Iapani Laloulu.
The winner will be announced during ESPN's College Football Awards Show on December 12.
