Iowa Football senior Logan Jones is just soaking it all in during his final year of college football.
The veteran offensive lineman has been with the program for five years, but said that he has had the most fun of his career this season with this group of guys.
The Hawkeyes (7-4, 5-3 Big Ten) have suffered multiple heartbreaking losses this season, losing all four games by a combined 15 points.
Head Coach Kirk Ferentz still believes that the squad has "worked their asses off" in every game this season, despite dropping four close games.
A big reason for the team's success this season is the strength of the offensive line, anchored by Logan Jones.
The offensive line is a semifinalist for the Joe Moore Award, given annually to the best offensive line unit in college football.
According to Pro Football Focus (PFF), Jones is the top-rated center in college football, and he is receiving recognition for his efforts this season.

Jones was named a finalist for the Outland Trophy, joining defensive tackle Kayden McDonald (Ohio State) and offensive tackle Spencer Fano (Utah) as the only three players in the country to be nominated for the award.
The Outland Trophy has been presented every year since 1946, and the winner will be announced on December 12.
During his career in Iowa City, Jones has made 49 career starts after transitioning from the defensive line to the offensive line.
At his media availability this week, Jones stated that they said he was "too small to play" at Iowa, and he is thankful everyone wrote him off.
If Jones wins the award, he will join former Hawkeyes Calvin Jones (1955), Alex Karras (1957), Robert Gallery (2003), and Brandon Scherff as award winners.
