Iowa's winning streak is now approaching double digits after a dominating display against Ohio State.

Everything was clicking for the Hawkeyes on both ends of the floor, scoring 91 points on 58 percent shooting and holding the Buckeyes to 70 points on 35 percent shooting.

Iowa's victory against Ohio State was its third consecutive game knocking off a ranked opponent and pushed its winning streak to eight games.

A big part of Iowa's success over the past month has been the strength of its post play and the depth of its bench.

After another perfect week, the Hawkeyes swept the Big Ten Conference awards for the second straight week.

Addie Deal earned the Big Ten Freshman of the Week award once again

For back-to-back weeks, Iowa freshman Addie Deal has earned the Big Ten Freshman of the Week Award for her tremendous play off the bench for the Hawkeyes.

During Iowa's last three games, Deal has averaged 10.0 points, 2.7 assists, and 1.7 rebounds per game, including a 20-point outburst during Iowa's most recent game against Ohio State.

Deal is projected to see an expanded role going forward after it was announced that senior guard Taylor McCabe will miss the rest of the season with a torn ACL.

Ava Heiden was named the Big Ten Player of the Week

That's a clean sweep of the conference awards by the Hawkeyes, making it two weeks in a row.

Sophomore center Ava Heiden earned the Big Ten Player of the Week award, securing the second straight nomination for the Hawkeyes after Hannah Stuelke won the award last week.

Heiden is currently leading the squad in points per game (16.4) and second in rebounds per game (7.7). She was one of multiple Hawkeyes who had a great three-game stretch.

Against Michigan State, Maryland, and Ohio State, Heiden averaged 19.3 points per game on an incredible 71 percent shooting from the field.

She also averaged 7.3 rebounds per game, ranking second behind Stuelke's 11.3 per game.

The Hawkeyes will need Heiden and Deal to keep their recent hot streaks going, with a matchup against No. 2 UCLA right around the corner.
