Iowa Women's Basketball continues to roll after an 86-72 victory over Fairfield on Sunday.
Iowa struggled out of the gate and was losing after the first quarter, but a second-quarter surge gave the Hawkeyes a slim 41-35 lead at halftime.
Fairfield kept the game close in the second half, but they did not take the lead again.
Iowa led by as many as 15, and kept their perfect record in tact.
The Hawkeyes have now won all eight of their games to start the season, and they have been doing it with a short-handed squad.
Chit-Chat Wright, Emely Rodriguez, and Teagan Mallegni were all out again for this game, but the Hawkeyes were able to overcome their absences and win at home.
The Hawkeyes continue to find different players to step up, and one of those players on Sunday, veteran guard Kylie Feuerbach, dropped a career-high in points during the win.

Feuerbach scored 17 points in the win over Fairfield, including four three-point baskets, and after the game, she stated that "it definitely feels good.
Feuerbach also noted that during her early-season struggles, her teammates have always had her back, and she kept trusting the shots would go in.
Head Coach Jan Jensen also stated that when a player has been struggling, finally seeing it work is the best feeling.
She also noted that if they get "that version of Kylie" it makes their team so much better.
Feuerbach has been with the Iowa program since 2021 and has often taken a backseat to other players, but on Sunday, she finally got her moment in the sun.
