The wins keep on coming for the Iowa Football program on the recruiting trail, as the coaching staff continues ramping up its efforts.

Iowa's first big win came in the form of in-state linebacker prospect Gavin Stecker.

Stecker, a four-star prospect from Bettendorf, Iowa, got Iowa's 2027 recruiting class started with a bang after becoming the first player to commit in the class.

Since Stecker's verbal commitment, the Hawkeyes had made offers to multiple top prospects in the class, including two running backs.

Rising three-star Texas prospects SaRod Baker and Jeremiah Dent both received offers over the past few weeks.

After focusing heavily on the offensive side of the football in recent recruiting attempts, the coaching staff recently offered an intriguing dual-sport athlete from Frisco, Texas.

Frisco Lone Star High School multi-sport athlete Bryant Robinson announced he received an offer from the Iowa Football program.

Robinson is a star athlete for both the football and basketball programs, and is ranked as a three-star athlete in both.

On the football side, Robinson has received multiple offers from powerhouse programs, including Clemson, LSU, and Oklahoma.

A few of those schools have also offered him a chance to play basketball as well, proving Robinson is a tremendous athlete.

According to 247Sports, as a sophomore in 2024, Robinson was named the Texas District 5-5A Div. I Newcomer of the year after 21 tackles and 10 passes defended as a cornerback for the Rangers.

247Sports also has ranked Robinson as a three-star prospect, Texas's No. 61 overall prospect, the No. 43 cornerback prospect, and the No. 431 overall player in the 2027 recruiting class.

Robinson has intriguing potential on the defensive end for the Hawkeyes, and everyone knows how good Phil Parker is at getting the most out of his players.
