Despite Iowa's record, members of this senior class have shown resiliency this season and throughout their careers.

Beginning with the COVID-19-shortened season, to the highs of being ranked in the top five in 2021, to the lows of losing four games this season by a combined 15 points, this senior class has experienced it all.

The seniors know this weekend's matchup against Michigan State will be the final time they play a game at Kinnick Stadium, and they would not change it for anything.

Despite all the close losses, senior Logan Jones stated that this is the most fun he's ever had with this group of guys.

Even though he's only been in Iowa City for one season, quarterback Mark Gronowski said he's had a lot of fun this year.

Senior wide receiver/return specialist Kaden Wetjen echoed those sentiments, adding it will be really hard to see this group of guys go.

During a portion of his media availability this week (posted by "The Hawkeye Report"), Wetjen believes the reason the Hawkeyes have been so successful is that many guys stay in the program.

He said it is a testament to the brotherhood that they have because a lot of guys will stay in a program for a short time, and then transfer out if they don't get playing time or it wasn't what they expected.

At the end of the day, Wetjen hopes this senior class has shown the younger guys what it takes to be successful.
