For Indiana Fever star guard Caitlin Clark, it has been a difficult season as she remains on the sidelines with an injury and no timetable for a return to action.
Clark suffered her most recent injury in the Fever's second-to-last game before the WNBA All-Star break against the Connecticut Sun on July 15.
She was injured in the final minute of the game, forcing her to skip all All-Star weekend activities, including the three-point shooting contest and the all-star game where she was one of the team captains.
The Fever have gone 6-4 in their last 10 games, including a dramatic comeback in their previous game against the Sun where they were erased a 21-point deficit and won in overtime.
Indiana has been tight-lipped about the status of their star, but while CC is on the sidelines, she received some good news in the form of her ranking for the new NBA 2K26 video game.
