June is shaping up to be a big month for the Iowa Football program with multiple prospects set to make official visits.

Over the past few weeks, the Hawkeyes have kept tabs on several talented prospects in the 2027 class, with many of them locking in official visits over the summer.

One of those prospects, Brady Scott, was among the first to lock in an official visit from June 5-7 after being impressed during an earlier visit to campus in December.

Shortly after Scott, another 2027 prospect and Iowa native locked in an official visit during the same timeframe.

2027 OL/DL prospect Nate Brenneman locked in an official visit

Rock Valley, Iowa, native Nate Brenneman received an offer from the Iowa program in January and made a junior day visit at the end of the same month.

Brenneman was impressed during his Junior Day visit on January 21 and has locked in an official visit to Iowa City in June.

Brenneman is currently unranked, but he has the size and versatility that the Hawkeye program traditionally covets.

He is listed at six-foot-seven and 250 pounds with plenty of time to add more strength and weight at the college level.

Brenneman plays both offensive and defensive lines for Rock Valley High School, but the Hawkeyes currently value him as an offensive lineman, with offensive line coach George Barnett leading his recruitment.

Last season for the Rock Valley Rockets, Brenneman compiled 43 pancake blocks on offense and was also productive on the defensive line with 29.5 total tackles, including 13 tackles for loss.

He also added five sacks.

Even though Brenneman is currently unranked, that is likely to change during his senior season next year, and it is clear that the Hawkeyes highly value him.
