It was not a fair catch.

Now that we got that out of the way, Iowa and Minnesota are set to square off this weekend in Week 4 for the first time since last season when the Hawkeyes were snubbed by the refs. Yes, Iowa had other opportunities to win the game, but the refs saying Cooper DeJean's punt return was a fair catch took a touchdown off the board.

Iowa needs to come in ready for their matchup against Minnesota because the Golden Gophers are going to throw everything they have at them.
