Iowa State vs. No. 21 Iowa final prediction

Iowa is favored to win this game in the sportsbook and from the College Gameday crew. The entire panel went with the Hawkeyes and felt that while the game will be close, Iowa's offense is actually going to be the reason they win the game.

The offense came alive in the second half against Illinois State and scored 40, yes 40 points, 36 of them in the second half. Cade McNamara found something special in freshman wide receiver Reece Vander Zee and that is a connection that needs to be fostered.

Iowa can come away with the win today, they are playing at home, and have everything going their way on both offense and defense, now they just need to put it all together to beat a rival.
