Iowa Football is no stranger to success under Head Coach Kirk Ferentz.
The Hawkeyes are in the midst of 12 consecutive seasons with a winning record, and they can make it 13 this season, barring any catastrophic events in the final four games.
Under Ferentz, the program has won two Big Ten titles (2002, 2004), three Big Ten West titles (2015, 2021, 2023), and has claimed 10 bowl game victories.
A big part of the program's success is how the squad performs at home in front of a raucous Kinnick Stadium crowd.
Regardless of who comes into Kinnick, they are going to be in for a dogfight as the Hawkeyes want to play well at home and are fueled by the fans.
Over the past 25 years, the Hawkeyes have racked up multiple wins against ranked opponents at Kinnick Stadium, including multiple against top-10 teams, and they have another chance to add to their total this weekend.

Since Kirk Ferentz's second season at the helm (2000), Iowa has won seven games against top-10 teams at Kinnick Stadium. The program has another chance to add to that total this weekend as No. 9 Oregon travels to Iowa City.
The Hawkeyes' last win against a top-10 team at Kinnick Stadium was against No. 4 Penn State in 2021 (23-20), and the game against Oregon is arguably more important.
Iowa has not made the CFP since its inception in 2014, and beating Oregon will not only give the program its eighth win against a top-10 team since 2000 but also provide a more straightforward path to make the CFP for the first time.
