Iowa's offensive line depth is a big question heading into the 2025-2026 season. After last season, the Hawkeyes lost four major contributors on the offensive line.
Starters Connor Colby (right guard) and Mason Richman (left tackle), and depth linemen Nick DeJong and Tyler Elsbury have all graduated. Iowa is returning three offensive linemen who have combined for 84 career starts.
Those linemen include Beau Stevens (left guard), Gennings Dunker (right tackle), and Logan Jones (center).
The Hawkeyes still have needs to address before the season begins, and on Friday, the program picked up a "huge" commitment from a star Division II offensive lineman.

After meeting with the Iowa program earlier this week, Bryce George officially committed to the Hawkeyes. George joins an offensive line group that helped pave the way for star running back Kaleb Johnson and contributed to Iowa leading the Big Ten in rushing.
Before officially committing to Iowa, George was a big part of the success of Division II Ferris State. The six-foot-five, 315-pound offensive lineman helped lead the Bulldogs to three Division II National Championships.
After last season, George was named to the Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) All-America First Team.
George made 41 appearances for the Bulldogs during his career at Ferris State. He is the first transfer to commit to the Hawkeyes since the spring transfer window opened earlier this week.
George will bring his experience and championship pedigree to an already stout Hawkeyes offensive line group. On3 Sports ranked George as a three-star transfer and the No. 39 offensive lineman (No. 544 overall) in the transfer portal.
