This series between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Toronto Blue Jays has been bonkers!
The Dodgers entered the World Series as heavy favorites to win their second-straight World Series title after winning the Fall Classic in 2024.
Toronto shocked the baseball world by dominating the Dodgers 11-4 in game one, making the oddsmakers and Los Angeles fans sweat.
The Dodgers bounced back in game two, winning 5-1.
Game three was a near-seven-hour marathon, with the two teams battling for 18 innings. Freddie Freeman was the star for the Dodgers after his walk-off home run in the bottom of the 18th inning gave Los Angeles a 6-5 victory.
Game four saw the Blue Jays jump out to an early lead and finish off the Dodgers 6-2 in a much simpler victory than game three.
As the series continue to swing back and forth, one thing over the past two games has not changed: LA Manager Dave Roberts trusting former Hawkeye Jack Dreyer.

Former Hawkeye Jack Dreyer just made an appearance in the World Series to face three batters.
He’s the first Rick Heller coached player to appear in the World Series.
After entering game three in relief, Dreyer became the first former Hawkeye managed by Rick Heller to appear in the World Series. In that appearance, he pitched 0.1 innings and gave up one hit.
Despite being used in game three, Roberts again turned to Dreyer in relief in game four, and he was spectacular. After using most of the bullpen in game three, Dreyer gave Los Angeles two scoreless innings, striking out three.
Even though Los Angeles ultimately lost 6-2, Dreyer kept his team in the game late and gave them a chance to come back by putting up two zeros in the run column.
The Dodgers host the Blue Jays for game five on Wednesday, October 29, at 7:00 p.m. Central Time in Los Angeles.
