The Hawkeyes play for multiple trophies throughout the college football season, none better than the Heartland Trophy and the Floyd of Rosedale.

Iowa and Wisconsin play annually for the Heartland Trophy, a 72-pound bronze bull statue that was first presented in 2004, and Iowa dominated this season's matchup.

The Hawkeyes went into Madison and dominated the Badgers from start to finish, earning a massive 37-0 win, lighting an even bigger fire under Wisconsin Head Coach Luke Fickell's hot seat.

This upcoming Saturday, the Hawkeyes battle for another trophy, the Floyd of Rosedale. Floyd has been around since the 1930s, with several upgrades and changes, but the annual Iowa-Minnesota football game is one of the longest-running rivalries in college football.

Even though the rivalry dates back to 1891 and the two teams battle for a trophy every season, veteran defensive lineman Aaron Graves is adamant that this season's game is not about the rivalry, but about the opportunity they have.

During a portion of his media availability this week (posted by "247Sports"), Graves is ready to battle Minnesota, but not because of the trophy.

He noted that trophy games always add a little extra, but he believes this is a good opportunity for the squad to "prove we're a good team."

They know Minnesota is a good team with a good record, but Graves stated they do not focus on that as they try to respect every opponent.

The Hawkeyes have been playing good, complementary football over the past few weeks, and they want to continue carrying what they learned in practice into the games each week.
