Iowa and Washington are coming off two very different weeks after Week 6. Iowa took a beating from the Ohio State Buckeyes, while Washington got revenge over ranked Michigan after the Wolverines beat them in the National Championship at the beginning of the year.

The Hawkeyes were able to keep the game close against Ohio State until halftime, with the score being 7-0, but a disastrous third quarter put the game out of reach for the Hawkeyes.

This matchup between Iowa and Washington will be just the seventh matchup in series history and the first time these teams are meeting since 1995. With both teams now in the Big Ten, this will probably be a matchup seen more often going forward.
