David is about to take on Goliath, and the Iowa Hawkeyes are hoping the story remains true as they try to the Goliath that is the No. 3 ranked Ohio State Buckeyes. The only team to have taken down the Buckeyes in recent history has been their arch-rival, the Michigan Wolverines, but if there is another team in the Big Ten primed to do so, it could be the Iowa Hawkeyes.

The Hawkeyes have always been known for their dominant defense that could stop almost any opposing offense. The Hawkeyes offense however has always been the Achilles heel of the team, but this year they are showing some life, at least in the second half of games. There has only been one game this season that Iowa's offense didn't perform well and that was against Iowa State.

The run game is definitely the highlight of this Iowa offense led by running back Kaleb Johnson who leads the power conference running backs with 685 rushing yards and nine touchdowns on the season. Iowa will have to bring their best to try and take down Goliath this weekend.
