Former Iowa Hawkeyes and Eagles second-round 2024 NFL Draft pick Cooper DeJean is making his name known within the Eagles organization but not how you would think.

With training camp in full swing in the NFL, there are a lot of things teams will make rookies do when camp begins. For the Eagles, they have all their rookies do a talent show, and Cooper DeJean chose to perform Eminem's "Lose Yourself," or at least he tried to perform it.

DeJean barely made it through the first verse of the song before his teammates began to stand up and boo as well as throwing objects at him.

Some of his teammates tried to cheer him on and told him to continue going, but by the looks of it, DeJean threw in the towel early. This is a fairly well-known event that the Eagles made the rookies go through after former Eagles star Jason Kelce talked about it on his podcast New Heights he has with brother and star NFL tight end Travis Kelce.

Luckily the Eagles did not draft DeJean based on his singing skills, but on his football skills. DeJean was drafted at the beginning of the second round after he was projected to go in the first. The Eagles felt like they got a huge steal in the second round with DeJean after the numbers he put up in college.

Not only is DeJean an elite defender on the field, but he is also an electric punt returner with excellent speed and can shake off tackles well.

Don't worry Iowa fans, the Eagles can't cut DeJean because of his musical skills, but this is something his teammates may never let him live down.
