Iowa football had four former players receive invites to the 2024 NFL Scouting Combine coming up at the end of the month. Those four players who received invites are defensive back Cooper DeJean, tight end Erick All, defensive lineman Logan Lee, and punter Tory Taylor.

These four players are part of a list of 321 players who were invited to the multi-day event where layers can raise their draft stock.

The 2024 NFL Scouting Combine will take place from February 26 through March 4 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Combine will put players through a series of physical, mental, and medical tests to see if they have what it takes to play at the pro level.

Cooper DeJean definitely headlines this draft class out of Iowa as a probably first-round pick. DeJean is one of the top-rated cornerbacks in the draft with the ability to play safety as well. DeJean can raise his draft stock even more in the Combine and become a solidified first-round pick that no team will want to pass on.

Erick All may not be ranked as a top 10 tight end in the draft, but he has something else in his favor going into the Combine. Iowa is known for producing quality tight ends, some former Iowa tight ends int eh league are George Kittle, TJ Hockenson, Noah Fant, and rookie Sam LaPorta. All could add to that list of great tight ends if he does well at the Combine.

Lee and Taylor did not compete in the Senior Bowl, so their best case to showcase their talents will be during the Combine, which can make or break players.

Iowa fans can watch their favorite former Hawkeyes on NFL Network or the NFL app.
