If you want a sure-handed ball handler and an unmissing shooter when you take your team up court in NBA 2K25, you won't be playing as anyone who is actually in the NBA.
Instead, if you're wise, you'd be playing as Caitlin Clark.
The former Iowa Hawkeye legend turned Indiana Fever star is going to be one of the many WNBA stars available on the latest rendition of the NBA 2K video game.
On Wednesday, fans got their first glimpse of their favorite point guard in the game when an image of her likeness was shared on social media.
Fans immediately leapt at the opportunity to hype up the game and the player, many saying Clark's availability on the game was the only reason they were spending money on it in the first place.
2K25 is going to be the first-ever dual cover version of the game, with an NBA and a WNBA athlete featured side-by-side.
It will feature Boston Celtics star Jayson Tatum and Las Vegas Aces legend A'ja Wilson.
Alongside the drop of Clark's appearance in the game, NBA creators also shared the likeness of fellow WNBA rookie Angel Reese.
Reese and Clark have been on fire throughout their rookie seasons, Reese playing for the Chicago Sky after her collegiate tenure at LSU.
NBA 2K25 is scheduled to release on Sept. 6. However, fans and gamers who purchased the early edition will be able to play two days earlier, Sept. 4.
This version of NBA 2K will be the 26th edition of the game.
