Northwestern vs. Iowa how to watch, odds, injuries, weather, and series history

Iowa needs to have a bounce-back game against Northwestern after such a poor performance against Michigan State in Week 9.

Iowa can't get to this game against Northwestern fast enough to get the taste of that Michigan State game out of their mouths and move on from it. The Hawkeyes did not play well in any phase of the game, especially on offense. However, when the offense started to set up, uncharacteristically, the defense began to slip, and the game just got out of hand.

While no game is guaranteed, this is the perfect game for the Hawkeyes to get coming off a rough loss. The Wildcats are in the basement of the Big Ten right now and struggle to get anything going. Iowa has a chance to come out and make a statement both offensively and defensively. This is truly the first poor game the defense has played this season, but they need to show they aren't as mortal as they looked.

The offense has a chance to come out and prove a lot of the haters wrong. Quarterback Cade McNamara can come out and have the game of his life and silence some of the noise around his benching.
