Don't fret, Hawkeye fans, everything is back to normal in Iowa City.
The Hawkeyes were in the midst of a three-game losing streak, including two losses to unranked opponents.
After two losses in Cali against USC and No. 2 UCLA, the Hawkeyes kicked off a homestand with a loss against Minnesota.
Everyone was pressing to get back on track, and it finally came to fruition with a solid 65-56 win over No. 25 Washington.
Not only did Iowa get back on track, but Jan Jensen also noticed a shift in the way the team was thinking during the game.
Jensen noticed that the sqaud was way more locked in
While no one on the team or on the coaching staff would admit it, you could see the mood was getting somber after three straight losses, but Jensen said she definitely saw a shift against the Huskies.
Washington only got 2 FT attempts vs. Iowa.

It came in a much-improved defensive game for the Hawkeyes. Jan Jensen said she sensed the team just had a different mental state compared to the last 3 games.@KCRG_Sports pic.twitter.com/z5sWEcM6zh
Jensen stated that she felt the group was more locked in on Wednesday night, more so than they had been in the previous three games.
In everything from practices to the scouting report, Jensen noticed a shift in the squad's mental approach and credited the win to that.
It was critical that Iowa got back on track before two games against Nebraska and Purdue, and it also gave the group another Quad One win to add to their resume.
After defeating Washington at home, the Hawkeyes are now 6-5 in Quad One games, further strengthening their NCAA Tournament resume ahead of selection Sunday.
Iowa also won their sixth game this season against a ranked opponent.
The Hawkeyes hit the road for two games against Nebraska in Lincoln on February 16 and against Purdue in West Lafayette, Indiana, on February 19.
