After a tumultuous start to the 2025-2026 college football season, UCLA has now won three consecutive games.
Expectations were high for the Bruins this season after they acquired talented quarterback Nico Iamaleava from the transfer portal.
After an 0-3 start to the season, the Bruins parted ways with Head Coach Deshaun Foster. After Foster was fired, the Bruins found some life, winning three straight games.
One of their most impressive wins was against Penn State, which sent the Nittany Lions into a tailspin, leading to the firing of their head coach, James Franklin.
After UCLA fired Foster, multiple future prospects decommitted from the program, paving the way for other programs to swoop in and offer them.
Iowa has already attempted to sway multiple prospects from UCLA, and on Monday, they offered a talented 2026 wide receiver prospect after he recently decommitted from UCLA.
