The Iowa Hawkeyes hit a program record for players selected in the 2026 NFL Draft.

The team had a total of seven players who found their NFL homes during the event, and an additional list of names who landed with professional teams as undrafted free agents. Those included quarterback Mark Gronowski (Miami Dolphins), defensive lineman Ethan Hurkett, defensive back Xavier Nwankpa (Kansas City Chiefs), defensive lineman Aaron Graves (Ravens), tight end Hayden Large (Chicago Bears) and kicker Drew Stevens (Washington Commanders).

Here's a look at when each of Iowa's draft selections will get to camp as rookies, as well as the important offseason dates surrounding their respective teams.

Center Logan Jones: No. 57, Round 2, Chicago Bears

The Bears needed a center in a bad way going into the 2026 NFL Draft after the unexpected retirement of veteran Drew Dalman over the offseason. Jones fits the bill to be the team's long-term solution after starting 51 games at Iowa and not being called for a singular holding penalty in 2025.

OT Gennings Dunker: No. 96, Round 3 and WR Kaden Wetjen: No. 121, Round 4 to the Pittsburgh Steelers

Very few players got the same attention Dunker did as far as aesthetics go. The red mullet is headed to Pittsburgh, and he's taking his ace kick return specialist with him. Dunker earned first-team All Big-Ten honors this past season and was a big part of the team winning the Joe Moore award. He's expected to move from right tackle to the inside for Pittsburgh, where the interior offensive line has been a major issue.

Wejten will play a much different role for the Steelers, both lining up in the slot and making an impact on special teams. He has shown how much he can do that with the 1,039 return yards and four touchdown returns he put together in 2025.

OG Beau Stephens: No. 148, Round 5, Seattle Seahawks

Stephens' name is one of those circulating around when it comes to the conversation of players who could end up being steals. There's probably something to that, based on the fact alone that Seattle felt the need to trade up into the fifth round, giving up a 2027 fourth-round pick to make sure they landed Stephens. He's expected to compete with Anthony Bradford at right guard for an immediate starting job.

LB Karson Sharar: No. 183, Round 6, Arizona Cardinals

Sharar has drawn some concern for being undersized at his position, coming in at 6-foot-2 and 236 pounds. But his production is something that should not be overlooked after he finished out the 2025 season with 83 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, and four sacks.

CB TJ Hall: No. 219, Round 7, New Orleans Saints

The Saints gained some depth at cornerback with the selection of Hall, who was a serviceable part of the Iowa secondary. He's a player who does the basics well, but doesn't have anything particularly unique or flashy about his game. Expect him to be a depth piece for the Saints, and anything beyond that would be surprising.

OTA Offseason Workouts: May 27-28, June 1, June 3-4, June 8, June 10-11

Mandatory Minicamp: June 16-17

DE Max Llewellyn: No. 238, Round 7, Miami Dolphins

There are questions as to whether Llewellyn can carry over his play and level of production to the next level, but it is clear it worked out for him at Iowa. In 2025 alone, he had 26 tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss, six pass break-ups and two forced fumbles.

He is expected to serve as a depth piece at EDGE at the least.
