The Iowa-Wisconsin football rivalry is one of the longest-standing rivalries in college football, dating back to 1894.

Wisconsin dominated the rivalry early on, winning eight of the first 10 matchups from 1894 to 1927. During the early iterations of the rivalry, the two schools did not play every year as they do now.

Although the schools have been competing for nearly 100 years, the historic Heartland Trophy was not introduced until 2004, when it was first presented to the Hawkeyes.

Before the Hawkeyes and Badgers battle for the Heartland Trophy in Madison, Wisconsin, this weekend, we have all the important game information for the storied rivalry.
