Former Hawkeye superstar Caitlin Clark proved she does not have to be in a game to have all eyes and ears on her.
Clark was named a special contributor to NBC's new "Basketball Night in America," which will now serve as the network's pregame show for Sunday night NBA games.
Fans are used to seeing her dominate on the court, but after a stellar debut on "Basketball Night in America," Clark might have secured a lucrative career opportunity when she retires from basketball.
Clark had many candid moments with the all-star cast that included former NBA greats Carmelo Anthony and Reggie Miller, and one of those greats anointed Clark as the best shooter in the state of Indiana.
Reggie Miller called CC the best shooter in Indiana
In a humbling moment for the Indiana Fever superstar, fomer NBA great and NBA Hall of Famer Reggie Miller called Clark the best shooter in the state of Indiana.
"I'm the 3rd-best shooter in the state of Indiana now."

Miller said he is now the "third-best shooter" in the state of Indiana, behind Caitlin and Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton.
Clark looked shocked as Miller gave her the unique compliment, and quickly stated "I don't know if that's true."
She also said they need to get Tyrese's opinion on that, but Miller added that she is "taking over for me."
Miller is widely considered to be one of the top shooters in NBA history alongside current Warriors superstar Steph Curry, and for him to bestow that honor on Clark speaks volumes about the impact she has had on basketball.
After spending most of last season on the sidelines with a variety of injuries, fans cannot wait to see Clark back on the court.
There have been no indications of how much Clark will play in the preseason before the start of the 2026 WNBA season, but the Fever's first preseason game is on April 25 against the New York Liberty.
