Former Iowa Hawkeyes defensive back Jermari Harris was in the first group of corner acks to run the 40-yard dash. Harris opted out of running, but he did look solid in other drills throughout day two at the 2025 NFL Combine.

Harris has great ball skills and sneaky athleticism. He stands at 6 feet tall, and has the speed to keep up with most receivers on the outside. We did not get to see him demonstrate that speed, but his 37-inch vertical was exceptional, as well as his skills in the other on-field drills.

He looked good in the gauntlet drill, which tests speed and catching abilities. He has solid hands and moves seamlessly when he runs. He breaks well on the ball, and he uses his instincts to break up or intercept passes.

He demonstrated that he has the speed and athleticism to be an asset at the next level, but will need to work on technique to be an every down player.
