Kirk Ferentz and the Iowa squad won their biggest game of the season, scoring the most points they have all season and more points than they ever scored last season. After a tough loss to Ohio State, fans were calling for Ferentz to be fired, but after the game against Washington, his 200th win, the cries have died down.

The Hawkeyes are set to take on Michigan State this weekend in East Lansing. The Hawkeyes haven't played in East Lansing since 2017, which is the last time they beat the Spartans. Michigan State is 3-3 on the season and this could be an interesting game for the Hawkeyes.

Iowa's offense is beginning to click more than ever before, especially with Kaleb Johnson in the backfield. The junior running back has taken off this season with over 900 rushing yards and 12 touchdowns. He is currently the second-best running back this season, but somehow is not being considered for the Heisman Trophy or even in the top 10 players list by CBS.
