If you are a Hawkeye fan or an alumni, there is a very good chance that you have a least one photo or video of the famed "Hawkeye Elvis."
Gregory Suckow, more affectionately known as Hawkeye Elvis, has been a staple of the Iowa community for the past 15 years.
Ever since he had his mother construct a sequined jumpsuit with Tiger Hawk logo on it in 2009, Suckow has been a staple of not only Iowa athletics, but the Iowa community as well.
Everyone wanted to know and take a picture with Hawkeye Elvis as the lore has continued to grow over the last 15 years.
Suckow has stated he never could have imagined where this journey could take him, and before donning the suit for another season, he is hanging up the jumpsuit and calling it a career.
After 15 years of being a staple in the Iowa Hawkeye community, @HawkeyeElvis says it's time for hang up the jump suit and leave the building.

"Looking back, I don't think I would have done this any other way. It's just been too much fun..."https://t.co/83DrzYPfdZ
The 55-year-old sat down with 247 Sports Hawkeyes Insider and his personal friend David Eickholt to discuss what the last 15 years have meant to him.
Suckow stated in the interview that he wanted to go one more season before retiring, but felt it was the right time to put away the sequin jumpsuit.
When he first donned the Elvis look, he never thought in a million years that it would have led him on an "amazing and sometimes freaking ridiculous journey" that he went on.
Hawkeye Elvis wanted to reassure the fans that no, he is not dying, but with a whopping 13th knee surgery on the horizon, and his mom no longer at his side, it was time to call it a career.
He went on to thank former players, members of the media, and his family for supporting him through the wild ride as Hawkeye Elvis.
"And now the end is near. And so I face the final curtain."
From all Hawkeye fans who have been blessed by Hawkeye Elvis over the years, thank you and have a good life in retirement.
