After backing into the Big Ten Tournament, the Hawkeyes now know who they will play in the second round.

Iowa is on a downslide after losing four of five games to end the season, including back-to-back close losses against Michigan and Nebraska to close out the season.

The Hawkeyes have been plagued by slow starts and poor offense for most of the season, and that was also the case in a February 11 loss to Maryland.

Luckily for Iowa, they have a chance to avenge that loss after Maryland advanced to the second round of the Big Ten Tournament.

There is no more room for error, and if the Hawkeyes want to solidify a spot in the Big Dance, they have to knock off Maryland and advance to the next round for a rematch against Ohio State.
