Whether you’re an Iowa Hawkeyes diehard or a newcomer who’s gotten on board to enjoy the ascent, you’re clearly interested in getting a glimpse of the remarkable Caitlin Clark.
Clark, the junior sharpshooting guard who’s made the impossible possible in recent years — or, at least, she’s doing things that only used to be possible at UConn — wrapped the 2022-23 regular season with averages of 27.0 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 8.3 assists per game.
Her superhuman feats helped earn the Hawkeyes a No. 2 seed in the Seattle 4 Regional. Of course, everything begins at home on March 17 against the woefully unprepared (we hope) Southeast Louisiana Lions.

Iowa Hawkeyes Women’s Basketball: When does Caitlin Clark play in March Madness?
We’re getting to it! We’re getting to it.
Tipoff time is still TBD, but Clark and the Hawkeyes will be playing at the friendly confines of Carver-Hawkeye Arena. Newcomers may remember that particular venue as the site of Clark’s ridiculous buzzer-beating 3 off the curl against No. 2 Indiana just a few memorable weeks ago. Can she replicate those heroics this time around? Ideally not. Would like to maybe win by a few more points in the 2-15 so we can rest for the remainder of the tourney.
If Iowa moves on, they’ll play the winner of No. 7 Florida State vs. No. 10 Georgia. From there, the Hawkeyes are on a collision course with the No. 1 seed Stanford Cardinals, though the big baddie remains Aliyah Boston’s South Carolina Gamecocks, overwhelming favorites to capture the tournament yet again.
How to Watch NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament and Caitlin Clark, Iowa Hawkeyes
The Women’s Final Four will air on ESPN on Friday, March 31 at 7:00 PM and 9:30 PM EST, while the final will be on ABC on April 2 at 3:00 PM EST.
Let’s get there first, shall we? Clark deserves a showcase on national television, and she and her Hawkeyes teammates know that plenty of other hungry teams would love to steal her spotlight.
