The Iowa football team faces a daunting road schedule in 2019. Here are our rankings of each game from easiest to hardest.

If the Iowa football team survives their five games on the road, it is likely we are talking about the Hawkeyes as a College Football Playoff contender. That’s how difficult this schedule is.

This might honestly be the toughest road schedule in the entire country. Not only are four of the five teams ranked (in most polls), but the locations are known for being some of the most difficult places to play in the entire country. The only unranked team on the schedule (as of now) is Northwestern who has historically been a thorn in the Iowa football team’s side.

Additionally, 3 of the 5 games are rivalry trophy games for the Iowa football team and let’s be honest, Northwestern is basically a rivalry at this point.

So out of these five road games, which is the easiest for the Iowa football team and which is the hardest?

We attempt to answer that with our rankings of these games from easiest to hardest.
