The Iowa football is ready to get on the winning track tomorrow against the Illinois Fighting Illini. Here’s the game-time info you need to know.

It’s been a long three weeks in Hawkeye country for all Iowa football fans. Three straight losses will do that, but fortunately, the Hawks take on a Fighting Illini team that squeaked its way into four wins this season and very well could finish the season with just four wins. Moreover, Kirk has a 9-3 record against Illinois in his career, easily one of his best conference records.

While it should be an easy win for the Iowa football team, this is college football and anything can happen.

The Hawks are traveling to Champaign, IL to take on the Illini in Memorial Stadium, and if you feel like watching the game in person, you can get tickets for as low as $15. Be aware, however, that the weather isn’t shaping up to be overly great. Current forecasts have tomorrow’s weather being low-40’s, cloudy, and a decent chance of precipitation.

Kickoff for the game is scheduled for 130 PM and will be aired on the Big Ten Network. If you aren’t able to watch the game on television, you can try a free 7-day trial on ESPN+ to catch the game.

The Hawks do have a few injuries heading into this game. Reserve wide receiver Max Cooper is out for the season after suffering an injury against Northwestern. Reserve tight end Shaun Beyer is still out, and starting fullback Brady Ross was not discussed by Kirk Ferentz in his Tuesday media conference, but is believed to still be questionable. The Iowa football team did receive a bit of positive news as starting wide receiver Brandon Smith will be back in the lineup Saturday giving Nate Stanley a big target to hit.
