Final Thoughts

After another exciting week of Big Ten basketball, the picture is starting become much more clear.  Purdue, Michigan State, and Ohio State have established itself as the true competitors for the Big Ten regular season championship.  Nebraska and Michigan look like they will be competing for the fourth and final double bye spot in the Big Ten tournament.  Every year, one team from the middle of the pack will have a great stretch and be in the running at the end of the season and I am curious to see which team that will be this week.

Be on the lookout next week to see where the Hawkeyes end up in the Big Ten power rankings. Stay locked in to Dear Old Gold for constant coverage of the Hawkeyes.  The next game for the Hawkeyes is Tuesday night vs Minnesota.  The game will begin at 8 pm CT. and will be televised on Big Ten Network.
