9. Northwestern (12-9, 3-5)

For the first time all year, Northwestern resembled the team that made the NCAA Tournament last season.  Northwestern hung in close and put a late scare in a loss to Ohio State on Wednesday.  It followed that up with a come-from-behind victory over Penn State.  Sure, a 1-1 week does not seem great on its face, but a comeback win could be just the thing that Northwestern needs to get its season going.

Northwestern only has one game this week.  As mentioned earlier, the Wildcats will head to the Barn to take on Minnesota.  This is kind of a make or break game for both teams.  The winner will still have life and the loser will be running low on chances to make something out of its season.
