This is not really fair to Rutgers.  They had an impressive performance in a win against Iowa, followed by a tough road loss at Michigan and yet they move down two spots.  This ranking has more to do with the other teams in the conference than it does with Rutgers.  The Scarlet Knights continue to be very stingy defensively, and because of this can stay close in any game.

Rutgers will have two games this week, one at home and one on the road.  Rutgers has a home game against Nebraska on Wednesday night.  This is followed by a road test at Penn State.  This is an opportunity for Rutgers to get out of the bottom of the Big Ten.
