Iowa Basketball: Big Ten Power Rankings, Hawkeyes Move Up From The Bottom
By Kenny Levine
Last week, I claimed that I was feeling “bullish” about Nebraska. The Huskers backed up my confidence with a home win over Wisconsin last Tuesday. However, on Friday it turned around and lost to Penn State, despite a terrific comeback that forced the game into overtime. Nebraska, like many teams in the middle of the Big Ten, can struggle offensively and it hurts them at times.
Nebraska will have a pair of home games this week. It hosts Illinois Monday night and will take on Michigan at Pinnacle Bank Arena on Thursday night. That game against Michigan will be a chance for Nebraska to get a key win that it needs to build up a potential NCAA Tournament resume.
