Iowa Basketball: Big Ten Power Rankings, Hawkeyes Move Up From The Bottom
By Kenny Levine
3. Michigan (15-4, 4-2)
Last Week: 4
It’s not often a team moves up in the power rankings after a loss. However, that is exactly what happened with Michigan this past week. Michigan went toe-to-toe with a top 5 team in Purdue on Tuesday. It followed that up with a win over Michigan State on the road. Moe Wagner looks completely recovered from an ankle injury that slowed him earlier in the season.
Michigan has three games next week. It’s tough schedule continues when the Wolverines host Maryland Monday night. That game is followed by a tough road test at Nebraska on Thursday and then another home game against Rutgers Sunday.
