The Top 50 Heisman Trophy Candidates in 2017

The leading rusher from the Mountain West last season has given the Hawkeyes a ton of talent in the backfield. While he may not get enough carries to garner Heisman attention, Iowa did have two 1,000 yard rushers a season ago. Plus, the team is going to win more games making them a bit more relevant. Butler is a deep sleeper for the award, but he should be a main attraction in Iowa City this season.
