Week 6 10/7 (SAT)

In what should be a great Thursday matchup in Raleigh between the ‘Ville and NC State, this week will surprise us. Look for a few to come down to the wire albeit not between the Illini and the Hawkeyes.

LSU and Florida is clearly the marquee matchup here. The Gators had no choice due to scheduling conflicts but to choose LSU of all teams for homecoming this season. The two had a thriller last year after the game went from Gainesville to Baton Rouge due to awful weather. I truly look for both to be improved ball clubs where the loser can still have a solid season.

Louisville at NC State (THU); LSU at Florida; Illinois at Iowa; Boise State at BYU; Ole Miss at Auburn; Alabama at Texas A&M; West Virginia at TCU; Notre Dame at North Carolina; Wisconsin at Nebraska; Stanford at Utah; Michigan State at Michigan; Kansas State at Texas; Arkansas at South Carolina;
