Defending the Big Ten West crown falls upon the Wisconsin Badgers this season. The Hawkeyes were unable to do it last season after almost winning the Big Ten in an epic battle with Michigan State in Indianapolis.
The Badgers not only went into Iowa City last season, and brought the brass bull back to Madison. That win catapulted the Badgers to win the rest of the games, until they lost in the title game to Penn State in an instant classic. They finished with a 11 win season including beating then undefeated Western Michigan in the Cotton Bowl.
This season expectations remain for a tough, ready Badgers team, and I was lucky to discuss some questions about the team with Badger Of Honor’s Noah Seligman.
