8. Ohio State (19-11, 11-6)
Last Week: 8

Last week, we mentioned how Ohio State had three chances to get some quality wins and improve its NCAA Tournament resume.  Well, it split its first two games this past week.  Ohio State had home games with Michigan State and Iowa this week, and after battling the Spartans for one half, Bryn Forbes went unconscious from three point range and the Spartans rolled to an easy 81-62 victory.

Then on Sunday afternoon, the Buckeyes and Hawkeyes battled close the whole way through.  Ohio State trailed 62-56 with just over 4 minutes left and proceeded to go on a 12-2 run to end the game (Sorry Hawkeye fans).  Ohio State got its much needed victory, but its still not enough to move the Buckeyes up this week as they stay at number 8.  Ohio State does not play until next Saturday when they travel to East Lansing to take on Michigan State in its regular season finale.
