14. Rutgers (6-23, 0-16) Last week: 14

Rutgers is awful.  You know it, I know it.  Rutgers had an opportunity to get its first Big Ten victory of the season this week when it faced Minnesota and Northwestern, but alas, they could not come through.  In fact, the Scarlet Knights weren’t even close in any of their games.  Last Tuesday, they lost by 22 at Minnesota and then on Saturday they got their doors blown off against Northwestern.  They trailed 48-18 at halftime and ended up losing 98-59.

The good news for Rutgers is that not only do they have two home games this week, one is against Minnesota and their best player, Corey Sanders, is returning from a four game suspension.
