10. Penn State (14-13, 5-9)

There’s something about the Bryce Jordan Center.  In its last two home games, Penn State has beaten Indiana and Iowa, the teams at the top of the standings in the Big Ten conference.  However, this team has been abysmal away from home, Saturday’s victory over lowly Rutgers notwithstanding.  The Lions have lost in double digits in every road game, with the exception of the victory over Northwestern.

Penn State plays at home against Nebraska this week in what could be the battle for 9th place in Kenny Levine’s Big Ten power rankings.  I know, really high stakes there.
