Men's Basketball Tickets Are All Gone

Hawkeye fans!  If you are looking to score a couple of Men’s basketball tickets for one of the 7 home games that remain, you can just go ahead and forget about that, get some popcorn, and get comfy in your recliner because all of those games are at sellout status.

Apparently after Iowa defeated Ohio State in Columbus last Sunday a lightbulb went off is some people’s heads.  Like, oh, this team is good, maybe we should get tickets before it’s too late.  Well, now it is too late.

Iowa is reaching attendance numbers that Carver Hawkeye Arena hasn’t seen in quite some time.   When this season is all said and done, Iowa will have solid out 11 total games.  That is the most in the last 12 years.  Iowa sold out 16 games in 2001-2002.

You have to go back to January 10th of 2013 to see the last time the Hawkeyes lost a home game.  It was a 3 point loss to ranked Michigan State team, that was also a game that was played without Roy Devyn Marble.

Iowa has won 19 straight in Iowa City and will look to keep that streak alive on Sunday when they play the Minnesota Golden Gophers.

If you really want to get your hands on tickets, I bet you could, but you might be forking over an arm and a leg to get them.  I told you guys this team was the hottest show in Iowa.
